Chef
The Chef is responsible for every aspect of the meal. The
Chef purchases food, keeps track of orders, plans menus,
and, of course, prepares the meal. The Chef should be a
role model to the croo and assistant chef in areas
such as kitchen safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. Previous
commercial kitchen experience is a must for this job.

Assistant Chef
The Assistant Chef performs many of the same duties as the
chef, such as preparing meals and supervising the croo. The
Assistant Chef is also responsible for the entire kitchen when
the chef has a meal off.
2008: John Bergeron
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is the fix-it person around the camp.
In this position, one is responsible for managing the day to
day maintenance of the camp, overseeing minor
construction projects, and surpervising the duties of the
outdoor croo. The Assistant Manager also cooks the
lobsters and mussels at the two weekly picnics.
