Applying to Echo
For the 2010 season, we are looking for an assistant chef and male croo memebers. Click below for printable applications for 2010:
Assistant Chef
The Assistant Chef performs many of the same duties as the
chef, such as preparing meals and supervising the croo. The
Assistant Chef is also responsible for the entire kitchen when
the chef has a meal off.
