All reservations will be assigned by lottery after April 1. All applications clearly postmarked between March 1 and April 1 will receive equal consideration. Applicants excluded from their first choice of dates will receive immediate consideration for any alternative dates they have listed. Inclusion of alternative dates will not reduce your chance of getting your first choice.

Include with your reservation a deposit of $150 per person per week and a SASE. Checks should be made out to AMC-Echo Lake Camp, payable in U.S. funds. The entire deposit is applied to your bill; the remainder is payable at camp. Refunds of one-half of the deposit are made only if a cancellation is received at least thirty days before scheduled arrival. Campers (including individual members of families and groups) who give less than 14 days' notice of a cancellation will be charged the full rate for their reservation. Please note that reservations and cancellations are based on numbers of people, not numbers of tents.

While we do not currently host our own registration form, the kind folks at the Appalachian Mountain Club headquarters are happy to maintain the up-to-date registration form for AMC's regional camps.
